Claudette McGuire, Executive Director of Battlefords Union Hospital (BUH) Foundation is pleased to announce that G&C Asphalt & Ready Mix Ltd continues to support BUH Foundation’s Ladies’ Night as the Gold Sponsor. “For nine years G&C Asphalt Ltd has supported the Ladies’ Night event through their sponsorship and it is a pleasure to work with an organization that is known for their commitment to the well being of their community”, noted McGuire. “We are grateful for their continued healthcare philanthropy”.
G&C Asphalt & Ready Mix Ltd, North Battleford started as a small paving/aggregate company over 30 years ago and, through their reputation for quality work, have grown into an organization that has operations going on in communities all throughout northwest Saskatchewan. G&C Asphalt & Ready Mix Ltd was built on the idea that success needs to be shared and they have carried on that belief throughout the years and are recognized for the support they provide the communities they operate in. Over the years BUH Foundation’s Ladies’ Night has grown to be an incredibly popular event. “Shine Bright Like a Diamond and Wear Your Little White Dress” Ladies’ Night is set to take place on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Gold Ridge Centre, North Battleford. Thank you to ‘no frills’ for once again providing the desserts which are sure to be savoured. The ladies will certainly enjoy being entertained by comedian Sean Lecomber who was the winner of the 2007 Just for Laughs homegrown competition which is awarded each year to Canada’s best new comic. He also appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Fundraising efforts will be supported through silent auctions, raffles, and the chance to win a diamond ring, courtesy of Zeke’s Jewellers. The fun and smiles of the evening will be captured in the form of selfies! Ladies will finish the night dancing with music...and more selfies!

Thank you to all of our contributors and the support of businesses and individuals; we are truly grateful for your kind assistance. Your generosity makes a difference in your community and will enrich health care as we raise funds towards the purchase of a new handheld portable ultrasound machine and an ambulatory care stretcher for BUH’s Emergency Department.
