Diamond Sponsor for Festival of Trees Celebrated!

Battlefords Union Hospital (BUH) Foundation is excited to announce the launch for the upcoming 28th Annual Festival of Trees with Diamond Sponsor, Gold Eagle Casino.
This marks the 12th year BUH Foundation has partnered with Gold Eagle Casino as the Diamond Sponsor for the event. Kelly Atcheynum, General Manager of Gold Eagle Casino is proud of the support the Casino has provided to the Festival.
Proceeds raised from the 2022 Festival of Trees will support the purchase of a Ceiling Lift tracking system for the palliative department at Battlefords Union Hospital. The Lift tracking system is specialized to provide safe patient handling and reduce suffering for patients with serious and most often terminal illnesses.
This year’s Festival of Trees, themed “A Royal Christmas” will have a week filled with fun and exciting events along with beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and more to view and bid on. The official kick off to the Festival will begin on Friday, November 25th at the Western Development Museum with the VIP/Opening Night and followed up a lineup of the following:
- Saturday, November 26th – Kids Day
- Sunday, November 27th – Royal Family Garden Party
- Tuesday, November 29th – Senior’s Day
- Wednesday, November 30th – Cocktails & Creations
- Friday, December 2nd – Black Tie Bingo
