BUH Foundation’s Festival of Trees Ladies Night

“..X-factor…Ladies Night Out…an eXtreme eXperience...”

Battlefords Union Hospital (BUH) Foundation’s Festival of Trees is quickly approaching, with festivities planned from Friday, November 30, to Sunday, December 2, 2012 to be held at the Gold Ridge Centre, North Battleford. Ladies Night kicks off the three day event on Friday November 30^th and is sure to be an eXperience you won’t forget!

“..an eXtreme eXperience..” is the theme for the 2012 Festival of Trees Ladies Night.   The Chairs of Ladies Night, Deb Wohlberg and Joelle Gantefoer, are quick to point out, however that “The Ladies Night theme is “an eXtreme eXperience” because of the great opportunities the ladies will have to purchase tickets, bid, or participate to win wonderful, unique packages which include amongst a number of “experiences” hotel stays, massages, and a beautiful diamond ring from Zeke’s Jewellers.

Over the years, Ladies Night has grown to be an incredibly popular event.  This year doors open at 5:00pm with wine tasting and appetizers plus the first opportunity to view and bid on the beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and assorted seasonal items.  Dinner will follow at 7:00pm.   Fundraising efforts will be supported through live and silent auctions, as well as raffle prizes and there will be many opportunities to take home that “special” something.  Guests will also be able to have a great memento of the evening with the purchase of a photograph of them and their girlfriends.   Meagan Toews of

O Liv Photography has graciously agreed to be the 2012 Ladies Night Official Photographer, and will capture the fun of the evening.  Ladies will finish the night dancing with music and a light show provided by Core Sound DJ Services.

So ladies throw on some bling, step into some strappy high heels, slip into a classy something and plan to attend this “eXtreme” event on Friday November 30, Gold Ridge Centre, North Battleford with your girlfriends.  Your generosity means your Foundation can enrich health care in BUH's Emergency Room and Laboratory with the purchase of critical medical equipment from funds raised from the 2012 Festival of Trees.  Ladies Night sits tables of eight, and we will work out seating with smaller groups to make sure everyone has a great time!  Tickets are available for $50.00 per person and charitable tax receipts will be issued on a portion of the ticket.  Please call the Foundation Office at 446-6652 to reserve your table, and usher in the Christmas season with your girlfriends while enjoying X-factor – Ladies Night Out – an eXtreme eXperience!
