Donation Received for "We Don't Want to Miss a Beat" Campaign

March 12th 2018

Donation received from SaskTel Pioneers on behalf of Jim Millar, retired SaskTel employee.  Every year SaskTel Pioneers enter their volunteers’ names into a draw and select a lucky winner.  That person chooses what charity will receive the grand prize of $1,000 donation.  Battlefords Union Hospital Foundation is grateful to be the recipient of this year’s donation, as selected by Jim Millar.  Jim understands the importance of healthcare in our community and knows that if it’s not him, it’s likely someone he knows that is going to need the healthcare services.

Thank you Jim for your support and for choosing to enrich patient care by giving to “We Don’t Want to Miss a Beat” capital campaign to purchase new heart monitoring equipment for BUH.  If you would like to give too, please contact the Foundation office at 306-446-6652.
